Stone Cleaning

To improve the visual appeal of the stonework and to minimilise damage caused by algae growth, the technique of steam cleaning is the most effective and least abrasive cleaning method to remove discororation the surface material. Steam cleaning is undertaken using low water pressure & waterflow and high temperatures reaching 150c. Industry leading cleaning solutions are added to the cleaning process to ensure the best results and to eradicate the spores of the algae.

Driveway Cleaning

To improve the curb appeal of your property or premises we offer a full range of driveway cleaning services.  Our professional equipment, skilled technicians and choice of commercial cleaning solutions will remove the build up of grime and bring the surface back to its original colour.

Brick driveways require re-sanding to fill the small gaps between the bricks once the cleaning process is complete and there is also the option to apply a sealant to the driveway for extra shine and protection.  These post clean options will require a revisit once the surface is completely dry.

Patio Cleaning & Lichen “Black Spot” Removal

While the use of our commercial pressure equipment will remove all the embedded grime, moss and algae, the removal of lichen 'black spots' from natural stone and concrete surfaces may require soft washing techniques to ensure embedded spores in the surface are eliminated.

Wood Decking Cleaning & Protective Treatments

Wood deck cleaning prolongs the life of your exterior wooden structures, strengthen to reduce the need of expensive repairs and protecting against dangerous slippery surfaces.

For this service we use a lower pressure, specific techniques and anti algae solutions to ensure that the wood is not damaged but still removes all the built up grime, moss and algae.

Once the surface is cleaned and dry we can treat the wood to ensure protection against strong sunlight in the summer months and rain and freezing temperatures in the winter months.

We use a wide range of protective treatments, tailored for each project, These include protective oils and  stains for wood which come in a range of colours.

Gutter Cleaning / Clearance & Gutter Repair

Blocked gutters or slow flowing gutters build up with water often finding its way into the building itself. These blockages can cause expensive repairs. Heavy rainfall/snowfall and winds can cause durability and safety concerns to the property’s gutter system. “Prevention is better than cure”.

We use professional high reach vacuums which have extendable tubes enabling us to reach heights of 12 meters / 40 foot (4 stories), Each vacuum has 3 x 1000 watt high powered motors and an inspection camera on the top which relays live video images to the technicians monitor at ground level, ensuring the gutter has been fully cleared of every little bit of offending debris.

We check all down pipes for blockages and run water through the gutter system to check for leaks. All gutter bracket fixings will be checked for both durability and safety.

Brick Cleaning & Render Cleaning

Our professional equipment and choice of cleaning solutions will remove the build up of grime and bring the surface back to its original colour.  The use of cleaning solutions will be discussed with the customer to provide a tailored solution which is suitable for the specific exterior space.

Roof Cleaning & Roof Moss Removal

Roof moss and lichen lead to all manner of expensive roof problems as they embed in the surface. Moss falling from the roof into the guttering system is the main contributor to blocked gutters and down pipes, potential leading to damage and expensive repairs.

We provide the services of pressure washing, soft washing manual roof moss removal., After the roof has been cleaned we offer biocide treatments to inhibit the regrowth of moss and algae for up to 5 years.

In addition to roof cleaning we also provide the full cleaning services of facia and soffit boards improving the visual appeal of the property.

Driveway Sealing & Patio Sealing

Provides improved appearance, enhanced protection against the elements and can stave off the need for expensive repairs in the long run. Please note: To remove lichen 'black spots' from surfaces to bring it back to its original condition may require the process to be repeated a number of times.
